About Us
EECI is a nationally recognized nonprofit providing debt-free apprenticeships for Early Childhood Educator (ECE) apprentices while strengthening the early childhood education workforce.

As a U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Ambassador, we provide hands-on training, industry-recognized credential preparation and instruction supporting the Child Development Associate (CDA) and National Association of Family Child Care (NAFCC), and structured career pathways.
​
EECI partners with childcare centers, workforce boards, and government agencies to provide mentorship, career coaching, and financial assistance.
​
We also address food insecurity by offering meals and nutritional support during training. By removing barriers, advocating for better wages, and expanding career opportunities, EECI is shaping the future of early childhood education.
